Terms of service

These terms govern use of Nyje at nyje.tech and dashboard.nyje.tech. By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: info@nyje.tech.
The service
We collect publicly available prices from online shops you add, match products, and show comparisons, history, and reports. Coverage, match quality, and freshness depend on the shops’ sites. We do not guarantee every SKU will match or that a listed price is still live at purchase time.
Your account
You must be able to bind your company. Keep credentials secret. You are responsible for shops and URLs you add, and for using collected data in line with those shops’ terms and applicable law. Do not use the service to attack, overload, or scrape sites beyond the access we provide.
Trial and paid plans
New accounts start a 14-day trial. After the trial, access follows the plan you pay for. New invoices are in euro and paid by card through Stripe. We may change plans with notice. You may cancel anytime; fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it.
Acceptable use
No sharing logins outside your company, no reselling raw crawl data as a competing feed, and no unlawful monitoring. We may suspend an account that threatens the service or other customers.
Intellectual property
The product, brand, and software are ours. Shop names, logos, and product images remain those of their owners; we display them to identify listings. You keep rights to the data you upload.
Liability
The service is provided as available. We are not liable for lost sales, pricing mistakes, or downtime beyond what mandatory law allows. Our aggregate liability in any 12 months is capped at the fees you paid us in that period.
Law
Governing law and the competent courts will be stated here before this service is advertised outside the operator’s home market. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
