Privacy policy

Last updated 15 September 2026

Nyje (nyje.tech) is a competitor-price monitoring service for shops. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how to reach us. Contact: info@nyje.tech.

Who is responsible

The operator of nyje.tech (“Nyje”, “we”) is the controller for account data. We process data in the EEA (PostHog Cloud EU, SMTP2GO EU). Company registration details (legal name and address) are available on request at info@nyje.tech until published here.

What we collect

Account: company name, your name, email, hashed password, plan, and usage. Product data you add: shop domains, product URLs, and prices we collect from public storefronts you ask us to watch. Support: emails and WhatsApp you send us. Billing: payment status from Stripe (we do not store full card numbers). Invoices already opened in Albanian lek may still be collected by the previous processor. Analytics (only after you accept cookies): page views, button clicks, coarse device/locale, and session replay with input fields masked.

Why we process it

To create your account, run the product, send verification and service emails, take payment when you subscribe, fix bugs, and — with consent — understand how the marketing site and dashboard are used and whether an ad led to a trial. Legal bases: contract (the service), legitimate interest (security, abuse prevention), consent (analytics and ad-measurement cookies), and legal obligation (invoices).

Processors

Vercel (hosting the website and dashboard), our API/database host, SMTP2GO (email), PostHog Cloud EU (analytics, if you accept), Google (ad-click measurement, if you accept), and Stripe (checkout). They only get what they need to do that job.

Retention

We keep account and monitoring data while the account is open. After deletion we remove personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax (invoices) or security logs for a short period.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. Email info@nyje.tech. We reply within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

Children

The service is for businesses, not for anyone under 16.
